SUMMER IS HERE!!
It's time to think about your vehicle's transmission because; HEAT IS THE #1 CAUSE OF TRANSMISSION FAILURE! Here are some tips to protect your vehicles transmission from overheating.
- Check your transmissions fluid level & condition.
- *Service your Transmission, changing the filter & fluid.
- Always follow the manufactures recommended tow (weight) limits.
- DO NOT tow a boat or camper in overdrive. Remember press the tow haul button when towing.
- Install an *External Transmission Cooler. This will keep your transmission cooler when you tow a boat, get stuck in stop-n-go traffic or mountain terrain driving on vacation.
