ADVANCED TRANSMISSION HELPS BOY SCOUTS EARN BADGE AT CAR CARE CLINIC

Advanced Transmission in Spanish Fort hosted their bi-annual Car Care Clinic, Saturday April 14, 2018 free to the motoring public.  In conjunction with the Car Clinic, Advanced Transmission gave local Scouts the opportunity to earn their “Automotive Maintenance Merit Badge” by helping them understand different principles of an automobile, and how these principles interact to provide smooth, efficient performance.  Troops represented at the Clinic were Troops #117, #47, #82, & #143. The staff at Advanced Transmission provided hands-on training how to properly check and service vital fluids, tips for better fuel efficiency, changing a tire and much more helpful information.  Advanced Transmission located at 10670 US Hwy 31 in Spanish Fort provides this community service twice a year in April and October.
